Carl Jones is our team member who specializes in country acreage properties for use as investments, horse farms, timber, and farming.

As an owner and manager of their family farm, Carl has experience in raising horses and cattle and has a unique understanding of the requirements for grazing, pasture management, hay production and general animal care and safety that facilitates his ability to find an acreage property that is just right for a clients intended purpose. He has a demonstrated a knack for finding acreage or timber tracts that may not even be on the market.

A graduate of American University, Carl returned to the Greenville area upon the completion of a thirty-year career in federal law enforcement. He has resided in numerous states and foreign countries, yet given a choice, he has selected the Upstate of South Carolina as his favorite place to settle down. He and his wife Susan, a Greenville native, utilize horses to minister to emotionally troubled and homeless boys.
